Marcos Vega Joins First Business Bank As Senior Vice President – Director of Specialty Deposits

First Business Bank welcomes Marcos Vega, MBA, CTP, as Senior Vice President – Director of Specialty Deposits. In this role, he leads the Bank’s Specialty Deposits initiative, helping organizations across specific industries access treasury management and deposit solutions aligned with their operational and liquidity goals.

Marcos Vega serves as Senior Vice President – Director of Specialty Deposits at First Business Bank, where he leads the development and growth of the Bank’s Specialty Deposit group. With more than 20 years of commercial banking experience, Marcos brings deep expertise in treasury management, institutional banking, and complex deposit relationship management across specialized industries. He works closely with Relationship Managers and Treasury Management Officers to support deposit growth strategies, develop niche vertical expertise, and deliver treasury solutions that support our clients’ operational and liquidity needs. His background includes supporting businesses and institutions in healthcare, education, nonprofit, government, payment processing, manufacturing, and construction sectors, with experience spanning cash flow management, working capital strategy, fraud mitigation, and payment solutions.
Marcos earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Marquette University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he completed emphasis studies in consulting, real estate, strategic innovation, and customer insights. He earned the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation through the Association for Financial Professionals. Marcos is active in several community organizations, serving on the boards of HPGM and Meta House, actively participating on the Fund Development Committee for SecureFutures, and mentoring students. He previously served as President of the Wisconsin INROADS Alumni Association and held alumni leadership roles with Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, Inc.
