First National Bank of River Falls (FNBRF) is pleased to announce the hiring of Scott Morrissette as the new Vice President – Commercial Lender.
Morrissette joins First National Bank of River Falls with over 30 years of banking and finance experience. He has worked in a number of community banks where he had significant success in relationship building and portfolio management in all the markets he has served.
Morrissette graduated from the University of Minnesota, with a degree in Urban Planning. “I’m excited to be working for an organization that has a history of over 100 years of giving back to the community and to continue my career in my hometown of River Falls,” commented Morrissette.
“Scott is a great addition to our team. His strong skill set, extensive community involvement and professional network are all excellent fits for the bank,” said First National Bank of River Falls Executive Vice President & Chief Credit Officer Matt Russell.
Morrissette is engaged in business development opportunities through active volunteer service as he is currently serving on his 11th year with the River Falls City Council and a member of the Utility Advisory Board. He is also a board member of the St. Croix County Economic Development Corporation and the River Falls Sunshine Fund. He is an active member of the River Falls Chamber of Commerce and River Falls Rotary Club.
Morrissette and his wife, Jody, have been married for 33 years and reside in River Falls where Jody is a paraprofessional at Greenwood Elementary School. They have three grown children, all graduates of River Falls High School.
