National Exchange Bank & Trust Announces Several Promotions

National Exchange Bank & Trust president and chief executive officer Eric Stone has announced numerous promotions within the organization.

Desi Jimenez

Desirae Jimenez has been promoted to assistant vice president of payments & operations where she is based out of the Fond du Lac office located on South Main Street.

Jimenez joined the bank in 2004 and has held various positions. In her role as AVP/payments & operations, she will continue to lead various projects across the organization, oversee card payment functions, manage the bank’s ATM network, and analyze data to help support customer communication needs and other business efforts.

Jimenez grew up in Beaver Dam and attended Beaver Dam High School. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from Marian University, a certificate in Project Management from UW-Milwaukee, and is currently attending the Graduate School of Banking.

Jimenez currently resides in Beaver Dam with her family and is active in the community as vice president of the Beaver Dam Lions Club and a mentor for the Beaver Dam Unified School District Partners Are Learning Program.

Julie Stigler

Julie Stigler has been promoted to assistant vice president of eBanking operations where she is based out of the Fond du Lac office located on North Main Street.

Stigler joined the bank in 2015 as an eBanking business specialist. She was then promoted to eBanking business lead before becoming an eBanking business officer and then AVP/eBanking. In her expanded role as AVP/eBanking operations, she will oversee functions in both consumer and business electronic banking, help to establish and review the banks deposit rate structure, participate on cross functional teams to bring new products and services to customers, and help deliver banking solutions and services that help customers streamline their processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Stigler grew up in Oakfield where she attended Oakfield High School. She then went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Communication from Carroll University and her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian University. She currently resides in Rosendale with her family. She is active in the community as a part of the Village of Rosendale Parks Committee and the Tree Committee.

Kris Saiberlich

Kris Saiberlich has been promoted to commercial loan officer for the National Exchange Bank & Trust office located in Waupun.

Saiberlich joined the bank in 2019 as a retail loan officer. In 2021, he became a credit officer. As a commercial loan officer, he will help develop new business, process loan applications, and advise customers on loan and credit options.

Saiberlich grew up in Fond du Lac where he currently resides with his family. He holds a Business Management degree and his MBA from Lakeland University. He is active in the community as a part of the board of directors for the Children’s Museum of Fond du Lac, a volunteer assistant coach for Marian University Men’s Basketball, and a youth baseball coach for the St. Peter Athletic Club.

Travis Immel

Travis Immel has been promoted to team leader of business eBanking where he is based out of the Fond du Lac office located on North Main Street.

Immel joined the bank in 2019 as an eBanking business specialist and brought more than 20 years of customer service, management, and banking experience with him. In his expanded role, he will lead the eBanking team to assist customers with their banking needs.

Immel grew up in Fond du Lac and attended Goodrich High School. He now resides in St. Peter with his family. Immel holds his associates degree from UW-Fond du Lac and is active in the community as a part of the Fond du Lac Soccer Association and the Fondy Swim Club.

Cassie Busalacchi is promoted to operations manager for the Westfield office.

Busalacchi joined the bank in 2016 as a branch manager and brought more than 20 years of combined banking and management experience with her. In 2021, she became a business development specialist where she worked on the long-term growth of our customer base in Marquette and Waushara counties. In her role as an operations manager, she will ensure smooth and efficient day to day operations, train and lead her team and continue working on business development.

Busalacchi grew up in Milwaukee. She now resides in Oxford with her family. She actively gives back through service to the Westfield Chamber of Commerce, the Coloma Small Business Association, Hill Lake Association, OSIA-Son’s & Daughter’s of Italy in Milwaukee, and Festa Italiana in Milwaukee.

Karri Oelke

Karri Oelke has been promoted to marketing officer and works out of our downtown Fond du Lac office.

Oelke joined the bank in 2012 as a marketing coordinator and brought with her more than eight years of marketing experience. In her role, she will oversee the marketing department, act as brand ambassador to educate and lead consistent brand representation and perception internally and in all markets, support the bank’s programs and events, and participate in project teams that impact customers.

Oelke grew up in Oshkosh where she attended Oshkosh West High School. She went on to obtain her Bachelors of Business Administration with majors in Marketing and Operations Management from UW-Oshkosh. Additionally, she has completed Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s Leadership Fond du Lac Program and MPTC’s Leading People and Processes course.

Oelke now lives in North Fond du Lac with her family, where she is active in the community as board secretary for Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Fond du Lac County, a big family for BBBS and, a member of the Boys and Girls Club Reach for the Stars Annual Dinner planning committee. She is also a past participant of the City of Fond du Lac’s Downtown Exploratory Committee and past member of the Leadership Fond du Lac Alumni Board.
