Nesbitt Promoted to Vice President

First National Bank of River Falls has promoted Kim Nesbitt to vice president – bank operations. This promotion was unanimously approved at a recent Board of Director’s meeting.
Nesbitt joined FNBRF in March of 2015 as the customer service representative supervisor in River Falls. In 2017, she was promoted to bank officer and began leading teller operations for the entire bank. In 2018, Nesbitt took over leadership of the retail department developing a cohesive, empowered team, overseeing the UW-River Falls office, serving as a key leader through the pandemic, co-leading the launch of a number of new products and services, and continually seeking to improve every customer experience. She became the Bank’s Security Officer in July 2022. Nesbitt also currently serves on the WBA Financial Crimes Committee, and will be attending the Graduate School of Banking in Madison beginning this summer.
In her new role as vice president – bank operations, Nesbitt will continue to lead retail functions, but will also lead the bank’s operations support functions.
