North Shore Bank Begins Construction on New Oak Creek Branch
North Shore Bank has announced that construction has started on a new, full-service branch in Oak Creek, located at 200 W. Drexel Ave.
The 2,400 sq. ft. branch will provide private, individualized financial assistance with private offices, a larger lobby space, and video tellers. The new branch is expected to open February 2024.
“We’re thrilled to be opening a new branch in Oak Creek and we know our loyal customer base there will be excited to join us in the vibrant and emerging Drexel Town Square area,” said Susan T. Doyle, senior vice president of retail banking at North Shore Bank. “During our 100 years, we’ve had endless milestones with our customer and employees, and we’re excited to add another highlight with this new Oak Creek branch.”
In 2020, North Shore Bank purchased the parcel of land for future considerations. North Shore Bank will continue serving customers from the existing Oak Creek branch located at 8701 S. Howell Ave. until the new branch is built. Employees will be transferred from the existing branch to the new branch. Additional details about grand opening timing and community events will be announced at a later date.
