North Shore Bank Expands Commercial and Business Banking Teams

North Shore Bank has announced the expansion of its commercial and business banking team with the hire of Julie Macaluso, vice president – treasury solution sales, and Jack Walden, vice president – senior lender commercial banking. Macaluso has joined the commercial treasury sales team and Walden has joined the commercial banking team.
“We’ve seen fantastic growth from our business and commercial banking teams this year. We’re thrilled to have Julie and Jack join the bank as they bring their vast experience and dedication to complement our strong existing teams,” said Margaret Capper, senior vice president – commercial banking manager at North Shore Bank.

Jack Walden
Macaluso has over 15 years of treasury experience at financial institutions and is a NACHA Accredited ACH Professional (AAP). According to Macaluso, she is an active community member and looks forward to further engaging in the southeastern Wisconsin community. She is relocating to Oconomowoc.
Walden has over 20 years of industry experience at a number of financial institutions across the state. He is an active community supporter, having held multiple board of director and campaign cabinet positions with United Way, local Habitat for Humanity, and Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Fort Atkinson.
In addition to the new hires, the commercial and business banking teams have promoted a number of exceptional employees, including: Tim Effertz to vice president – product & implementation manager; Cheri Cicona-Trudell to vice president – treasury solutions sales manager; and Maria Baumer to assistant vice president – area manager/business relationship specialist.
