OCB Announces Promotion, New Hire

Nona Havey
One Community Bank is excited to announce the recent promotion of Nona Havey as vice president – retail banking manager!
“Nona is an exceptional colleague and is a tremendous asset to the retail team. She genuinely cares about her colleagues and OCB’s clients. In her new role she will oversee the success and growth of our McFarland and Cottage Grove locations. She will continue to build relationships with colleagues and clients and lead a successful team,” said Shelley Edgington, SVP – retail ranking.
Havey started at OCB as part time teller 13 years ago. Over the years she has gained experience working as a teller, teller supervisor, assistant bank manager, and bank manager. “I love being able to build lasting relationships with new or existing clients, and especially my colleagues. They make coming to work ONE-derful!” said Havey.
Havey is passionate about giving back to her community and is an active volunteer in the rainbow of OCB communities. She is a member of the McFarland Chamber of Commerce, McFarland Lioness Club, and Stuff the Bus committee. In her free time, you can find her volunteering at the local food pantry.
Outside of work, Havey enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling across the world. Havey is excited to be a first-time grandmother and to welcome a new son-in-law.

Teri Erickson
One Community Bank also is excited to welcome Teri Erickson as assistant vice president – treasury management business development.
“I’m overjoyed to welcome Teri to our team. In her role, Teri will be developing new relationships on an individual, commercial, and municipal level through referral and business development efforts. She will also help clients stay up to date on our products,” said Amy Bailey, VP and director – treasury Management.
Erickson has been in the financial industry for 12 years. “I love building relationships with my colleagues as well as my clients. I’m excited to join OCB because it allows me the opportunity to focus on client service and build a strong book of business. I have always enjoyed helping make a difference in my clients’ banking experience and am a true believer of taking customer service to the next level,” said Erickson.
Being involved in the community is something Erickson is passionate about. Currently, she is involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County, Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce, Hope Networking Group, and Wisconsin Power Partners – Eastside Chapter.
In her spare time, Erickson enjoys camping and fishing at Corey Lake in Michigan. She also enjoys golfing, crafting, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
