OCB Announces Promotions, New Hire

One Community Bank is proud to announce the recent promotions of Dan Mattes to assistant vice president – business banker at its Sun Prairie location and Tracy Odegaard to assistant bank manager of its Stoughton location. One Community Bank is also thrilled to welcome Kelsey Hudson to our Sun Prairie location as a vice president – commercial banking officer.
“Dan recently joined One Community Bank and quickly became a valuable asset to the treasury management team. He will continue to work closely with our clients and develop new business relationships. In his new role, he will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of commercial and business clients, helping them achieve their goals and objectives through effective communication and strategic planning,” said Steven Erickson, chief sales officer.
Mattes has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry with 10 years of experience in residential mortgage lending. “I have loved working in commercial banking, it has been a pleasure developing business relationships at One Community Bank,” said Mattes.
Mattes is passionate about giving back to his community. He is an active member of both the Sun Prairie and Cottage Grove Chambers of Commerce.
“I appreciate my colleagues at OCB and being able to learn from them. It has been rewarding being a part of the growth of the treasury management team,” said Mattes.
Outside of work, Mattes loves spending time with his wife and three sons. When he has free time, he enjoys golfing and running.

Tracy Odegaard
“Tracy has consistently shown dedication to our clients, colleagues, and the community she lives in. Tracy will continue to develop relationships within our community and assist in developing our teller team,” said Amie Edgington, assistant vice president – bank manager.
Odegaard has been with One Community Bank for over 7 years. She has gained experience in a variety of retail positions including teller, relationship banker, and relationship banking officer.
Odegaard is passionate about serving her community and creating a positive work environment for her colleagues. “I love that through helping my colleagues and clients, I can make them happy. I find it extremely rewarding to be able to find solutions for clients and assist them with all of their banking needs,” said Odegaard.
Odegaard is passionate about giving back to the Stoughton community through her volunteer efforts with One Community Bank. She is also the President of the Kiwanis Club of Stoughton and a member of the Youth Services Committee.
In her free time, Odegaard enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her animals. She loves being outside, fishing, going to the races, and reading.

Kelsey Hudson
“Kelsey is a wonderful addition to our Sun Prairie team. She is passionate about investing in relationships and supporting the community. In her role, Kelsey will be an important partner to local businesses, while assisting both current and future clients,” said Erickson.
Hudson has over 7 years of experience in the banking industry. She has held a variety of roles from teller to business banker. Hudson relocated to Dane County about two years ago to grow her career and has enjoyed everything the greater Madison area has to offer.
“Community has always been a core part of who I am. Working for an organization with community in their name was a draw! I have always enjoyed interacting with OCB employees at community events and have heard great things about OCB from people and local businesses. I am excited to join the team and continue supporting the Sun Prairie community,” beamed Hudson.
Hudson is passionate about volunteering and being involved in her community. Currently, she is involved in the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce, Wisconsin Bankers Association’s Building our Leaders of Tomorrow Board (BOLT), and is a board member on the City of Waterloo Community Development Authority.
In her spare time, Hudson enjoys making memories with her children. She also enjoys golfing, hiking, outdoor adventures, and looks forward to completing her summer bucket list this season.
