One Community Bank Announces Promotions

Justin Hanson
One Community Bank is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Justin Hanson to business banking officer of its Stoughton location.
“Justin has consistently shown dedication, has a strong ability to develop new relationships, and has done an excellent job of helping clients stay up to date on our products. In his new role he will continue to develop business relationships through referral and business development efforts. He will also continue to support clients with timely and creative options to fit their unique needs,” said Scott Hoerth, senior market president.
Before becoming a part of One Community Bank, Hanson was involved in his family’s business, Hanson Electronics, which he has operated for the past 25 years. Hanson took over as an owner of Hanson Electronics three years ago.
“I am excited to take on a new role and continue to make a positive impact at OCB. I love the opportunity to start new relationships, while also being able to continue to build my existing relationships within my community,” said Hanson.
Hanson is passionate about making an impact in his community. He is the Vice President of Stoughton Rotary Club, a Stoughton Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, and a Stoughton Leadership Program Graduate. Additionally, he has served as the President of the Shillelagh Foundation since 2017.
Outside of work, Hanson enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys golfing in the summer.

Topher Hagens
One Community Bank is also excited to announce the recent promotion of Topher Hagens to AVP – commercial portfolio manager!
“Topher has been instrumental to the commercial team at One Community Bank. He is extremely knowledgeable about the day-to-day processes and has improved our processes. He will continue to work closely with our lenders to assist them with their clients’ needs. In his new role, he will oversee a team of portfolio managers and collaborate with clients, senior leadership, and departments across the organization,” said Dan Carey, senior market president.
Hagens has eight years of experience in the financial industry. He started his career at One Community Bank as a credit analyst. In this role, he evaluated creditworthiness of borrowers, analyzed financial statements, and assessed risk. “This foundational experience has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of credit fundamentals and make informed decisions when assisting lenders,” said Hagens.
Hagens is passionate about building relationships with his colleagues and clients. “My favorite part about working at OCB is the strong connections I have with colleagues and clients. The supportive and collaborative nature of my colleagues fosters teamwork and growth,” said Hagens.
Outside of work, Hagens enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family. He especially enjoys boating with his wife and fourteen-month-old daughter.
