One Community Bank Announces Recent Promotions

One Community Bank is proud to announce the recent promotion of Liz Bachhuber to vice president commercial banking officer of its Oregon location.
“Liz joined the commercial lending team in 2020 and has been a tremendous asset to the team. She is a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about serving current and future clients. In her new role, Liz will continue to serve both current and future clients with their financing and solution needs,” said Scott Hoerth, senior market president.
Bachhuber has a variety of experiences working in business-to-business sales and relationship management roles prior to joining OCB. She also has experience working in treasury management at OCB.
“I enjoy being able to build strong lasting relationships with clients and colleagues at OCB. I love that my job allows me to meet new people, build relationships and help the community. Supporting local communities is something that I am passionate about,” beamed Bachhuber.
Bachhuber is passionate about being active in her community. She is a member of the Fitchburg and Oregon Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of Wisconsin – CREW.
In her spare time, Bachhuber enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys training and competing her horses, yoga, kayaking, and outdoor adventures.

Brian O’Handley
Additionally, Brian O’Handley has been promoted to senior vice president – head of mortgage and consumer lending.
“Brian joined OCB in June of 2018 and has been a tremendous leader to the mortgage team. In his new role, Brian will oversee all consumer lending for One Community Bank. His primary focuses will be improving our clients’ experience with easy-to-use technology and offering solutions to fulfill client needs,” said Steve Peotter, president and CEO.
O’Handley has over 20 years of experience in the lending industry. He started working in his family’s X-Ray business at 12 years old. He worked in the industrial supply industry for several years before making a career change to residential lending.
“I am so fortunate to have a variety of experiences that led me to where I am today. I love being able to work for an organization that is passionate about serving clients, supporting colleagues and investing in communities,” said O’Handley.
O’Handley is involved in several lending industry organizations including Madison Area Builders Association, Wisconsin Bankers Association, Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association, and Realtors of Southcentral Wisconsin. He also enjoys volunteering in Dane County and making a difference in his community.
O’Handley treasures the road trips he takes with his daughter every summer. He also enjoys snowmobiling, ATV riding, boating, hiking, and camping. When he’s not enjoying the outdoors, he enjoys working on home projects.
