One Community Bank Announces Three Promotions
One Community Bank is excited to announce the recent promotions of Bill Borchers, Melinda Greiber, and Kelly Ehlert.

Bill Borchers
Bill Borchers has been promoted to senior vice president of loan servicing and construction.
“Bill joined OCB in 2017 and has been an instrumental asset to the team. In this new role, Bill will continue to lead our loan servicing and construction teams and assist colleagues and clients,” said Mark Barberino, chief credit officer.
Borchers has almost 40 years of experience in the banking industry. He is passionate about supporting colleagues and serving clients. He also enjoys supporting his community and is involved with the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association (WMBA). Borchers received the Distinguished Service Award from the WMBA Madison Chapter in October 2022.
“I love the culture here at OCB and look forward to continuously serving our clients, supporting colleagues, and investing in our communities,” said Borchers.
In his free time, Borchers enjoys golfing, bowling, and spending time with his family.

Melinda Greiber
Melinda Greiber has been promoted to senior risk management analyst and BSA officer.
“Melinda joined OCB in 2011 and moved to the risk management team in 2020. In this new role, Greiber will have an oversight of day-to-day management and monitoring of BSA compliance,” said Rick Lewis, chief risk officer.
Greiber has 26 years of experience in the banking industry. She has held a variety of roles from teller to accounting operations and is passionate about supporting colleagues, serving clients, and investing in our communities.
“I have enjoyed my time and growth in my previous roles and am excited for this expanded responsibility. I love that OCB empowers us to be able to use our knowledge and expertise to help make decisions in supporting our clients and colleagues,” said Greiber.
In her spare time, Greiber enjoys relaxing at her family’s cabin in northern Wisconsin. She also enjoys reading, going to Brewer games, and traveling with her husband.

Kelly Ehlert
Kelly Ehlert has been promoted to assistant bank manager of its Adams location.
“Kelly joined OCB in 2022 and has been an excellent asset to our team! In this new role, Kelly will oversee the teller team and continue to serve clients,” said Amy Williams, AVP bank manager.
Ehlert has been in the financial industry with a variety of roles from teller to loan officer and is passionate about supporting colleagues, serving clients and investing in our communities. Prior to joining OCB, Ehlert worked in the restaurant industry and as an insurance agent.
“What I love most about OCB is how everyone gets along. It is so refreshing to work with a team that is happy about who they work with and steps up to the plate,” said Ehlert. She looks forward to bringing fun to her team and getting involved in the community more.
In her spare time, Ehlert enjoys cooking, baking, camping, and spending time with her family and friends.
