One Community Bank Welcomes Jonathan Lauersdorf

Jonathan Lauersdorf
One Community Bank is excited to welcome Jonathan Lauersdorf as vice president of digital banking.
“Jon’s knowledge and experience in digital banking will be a valuable asset to our team. I’m certain Jon will excel in his role of leading our digital banking department and helping provide feel good banking to our clients online,” said Liz Deihs, chief experience officer.
Lauersdorf has 15 years of banking experience within the Madison area. He has held a variety of roles while specializing in the operations of digital banking. “I decided to join OCB because I saw how much they cared about the communities they serve. It was exciting to see on social media how active colleagues were in volunteering and giving back to local communities,” said Lauersdorf. “I’m thrilled to join the team and look forward to turning ideas into actions”.
Being involved in the community is something Lauersdorf is passionate about. Currently, he is a coach for youth athletics in the Windsor community. Lauersdorf coaches youth baseball in Windsor/DeForest, 4th and 5th grade Deforest Norski Football Club, 3rd through 5th grade Deforest Gold Medal Wrestling Club, and Windsor Heat’s 10u softball club team.
In his free time, Lauersdorf enjoys boating, playing sports, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys cheering on the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Cubs.
