One Community Bank is pleased to welcome Reggie Franklin to our McFarland location as treasury management and business development.
“I am excited to have Reggie join our team. His skills and expertise in developing business relationships will naturally align when connecting with clients. Reggie will be a knowledgeable partner to business owners in our communities,” said Amy Bailey, VP & director of treasury management.
Franklin has nine years of sales experience within southern Wisconsin and a strong background in cultivating business relationships. Prior to joining OCB, he spent time in banking and assisted clients with consumer and mortgage lending needs. “I’m proud to join OCB and excited to invest in new business relationships. I want to cultivate not only business relationships, but also friendships,” said Franklin. “OCB’s continued growth hasn’t gone unnoticed. I look forward to assisting with the future development of clients and communities.”
Being involved in the community is something Franklin is passionate about. Currently, he is involved with Girls on the Run, The Madison Downtowners, Amasian, Madison Chamber of Commerce, and Windsor-Deforest Chamber of Commerce. Franklin says, “I find it rewarding to have an influence on helping smaller communities flourish.”
Outside of work, Franklin enjoys boating, traveling, playing volleyball, watching NFL Football, and making memories with his wife and daughter.
