One Community Bank Welcomes Two New Hires

Justin Hanson

One Community Bank is pleased to welcome two new hires to the treasury management team.

Justin Hanson has joined the Stoughton location as business development and treasury management.

“I am ecstatic to be welcoming Justin to our team. In his role, Justin will be developing new relationships on an individual, commercial and municipal level through referral and business development efforts. He will also help clients stay up to date on our products” said Amy Bailey, director of treasury management.

Prior to joining One Community Bank, Hanson worked in his family business, Hanson Electronics. His family has owned and operated Hanson Electronics for the past 25 years. In the last 3 years Hanson became the owner of Hanson Electronics.

Hanson values being involved in and supporting his community. He has participated in numerous events over the years and supported several organizations with his family business. Hanson has been the President of Shillelagh Foundation since 2017 and he has been involved with the organization since 2012.

Hanson is outstanding at building relationships with others. “I am excited to continue to build relationships in my community, especially with those that I have been fortunate enough to already build a friendship with. I also look forward to starting and growing new relationships” beamed Hanson.

Hanson enjoys spending his free time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys golfing in the summer.

Brittnie Ketter

Additionally, One Community Bank welcomes Brittnie Ketter to the Waunakee location as a treasury management business development specialist.

“I am overjoyed to be welcoming Brittnie to our team. In her role, Brittnie will be developing new relationships on an individual, commercial and municipal level through referral and business development efforts. She will also aid clients in product education” said Bailey.

Prior to joining One Community Bank, Ketter worked in the real estate industry for six years and the mortgage industry for nearly two years. While working in those industries she excelled at building relationships and product knowledge.

Ketter enjoys being involved in her community, supporting clients, and attending events. “I am excited to work at One Community Bank because we are involved in so many communities” boasted Ketter.

Outside of work, Ketter loves playing softball with her husband, going on walks with her two boxer pups, enjoying the outdoors, watching Wisconsin sports, and spending time with her family and friends.
