One Community Bank Welcomes Wesley Spitzer as Commercial Loan Officer

Wesley Spitzer

One Community Bank (OCB) is excited to welcome Wesley Spitzer as a commercial loan officer.

“Wesley’s commitment to community-driven culture and relationship-based approach to banking make him a great fit at One Community Bank,” said Chris Pfender, regional president. “We are thrilled to have someone who is so committed to investing in clients, local businesses, and long-term growth.”

In his new role, Spitzer will be focused on supporting business development and commercial growth throughout Adams County and surrounding Wisconsin markets as needed. “I look forward to building strong relationships with local businesses, helping clients find financing solutions that support their goals, and serving as a trusted banking resource in the communities OCB serves,” said Spitzer. “This role is an exciting next step for me professionally, and I am proud to do it with an organization that values community involvement and strong client relationships.”

Prior to joining OCB, Spitzer spent four years working in commercial banking as a credit analyst in Wausau, Wisconsin. In that role, he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, credit underwriting, and commercial loan support. His background has allowed him to gain a deep understanding of business financials and lending structure and is excited to apply that experience as he transitions into a more client-facing lending role.

Outside of work, Spitzer enjoys anything sports-related, fishing, spending time with friends, reading, video games, and staying active through lifting. He also enjoys volunteering and being involved in the community. He will be involved with Visit Adams County, formerly the Adams County Chamber of Commerce, to help support local businesses and economic growth in the area. He currently serves as a Board Member for the Everest Area Optimist Club, a role he will continue through the end of the year. He previously served as Board Member and Secretary for Whitetails Unlimited in the Wausau area.
