Port Washington State Bank Announces Promotions of Mike Ott and Aimee Larsson

Mike Ott

Port Washington State Bank (PWSB) is proud to announce the promotions of two long-standing team members whose leadership and dedication continue to strengthen the bank’s commitment to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.

Mike Ott has been promoted to Vice President/Loan Operations Manager. In this expanded role, Mike will oversee six distinct units within Loan Operations, all working collaboratively as one unified team to prepare, document, service, and administer customer loans. This strategic alignment is designed to enhance consistency and efficiency across the loan process, ensuring a seamless experience for PWSB customers.

Mike began his career at PWSB in 2009 and has served in a variety of roles, including personal banker, senior commercial credit analyst and most recently, loan servicing manager. His deep understanding of the bank’s operations and his drive to master new challenges have made him an invaluable asset to the organization.

Aimee Larsson

Aimee Larsson has been promoted from Assistant Vice President/Retail Processing Manager to Vice President/Retail Underwriting Manager, a title that more accurately reflects her extensive experience and expertise in underwriting. Aimee has been with PWSB for 17 years and has led the underwriting team with precision and care, helping customers achieve their financial goals through thoughtful and thorough loan assessments.

“Aimee and Mike exemplify the kind of leadership that makes PWSB a trusted partner in our community,” said Joel Dykstr, Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. “Their promotions reflect not only their individual accomplishments but also our commitment to building strong teams that work together to deliver exceptional service. We look forward to their continued contributions to the bank’s success.”
