PremierBank’s Silvia Donday-Selenske Honored With YWCA Rock County Women of Distinction Award
PremierBank is pleased to announce Silvia Donday-Selenske, Bilingual Loan Officer at its Janesville location, was recognized as a recipient of the YWCA Rock County’s 50th Annual Women of Distinction Award.
The Women of Distinction Award recognizes women who demonstrate exceptional achievement in their professional and personal lives, and who give back to their communities in the spirit of advancing other women.

This year’s Women of Distinction honorees included:

– Carmen Roche, Officer, Janesville Police Department
– Patricia Majeed, Receptionist, Clippers and Curls
– Silvia Donday-Selenske, VP, Bilingual Loan Officer, PremierBank
– Young Woman: Niah Holmes, Student, Craig High School
Recipients were nominated by peers and colleagues and then selected by a committee made up of community members, YWCA Rock County board members, and YWCA Rock County staff.
The award ceremony took place on May 7, 2025, at the Celtic House at Glen Erin Golf Club, and raised funds for YWCA Rock County’s Domestic Violence Programs.
Donday-Selenske joined PremierBank in 2019 and has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Her commitment to her community extends far beyond her professional role. She is an active member of the YWCA Rock County, Janesville Literacy Council, Adelante Janesville, Forward Janesville, the Strengthen Families Program, and the Rock County Immigration Task Force. Additionally, she volunteers her time at the GIFTS Men’s Shelter and various local schools.
