“I’ve been in banking for 28 years and have always been drawn to the sales side of the house,” said Leinfelder. “I’ve been the retail manager at Prevail since 2019, and although I’ve thoroughly enjoyed that role, I’ve missed the direct sales piece. I can’t express how excited I am!”
Leinfelder started her career at Mid-Wisconsin Bank in their wealth management department. From there, she transitioned through numerous customer relations/customer service roles in the banking industry including teller, branch manager, and vice president – retail management.
She is actively involved with the Medford Kiwanis Club and Junior Achievement.

He will also work cross departmentally to mine relevant digital data, create digital strategies to maximize digital growth effectiveness, and uncover opportunities for enhancements and efficiencies.
“It will be tough to move on from my current role; I love what I’m doing,” said Lewandowski. “However, I also appreciate the new challenge. I am excited about the opportunity to further my career, play a pivotal role in the forward-minded direction of the bank, and help create our digital branch.”
