Prevail Bank Grand Reopening is September 7
Prevail Bank in Stevens Point scheduled a grand reopening celebration for Thursday, September 7, from 2–4 p.m., with a formal ribbon cutting planned at 3 p.m.
“We remodeled for three reasons,” said Nathan Quinnell, president of Prevail Bank, “One, we want our customer spaces to be more representative of our Prevail brand and promise. Two, we wanted to incorporate more efficiencies into our processes. But most importantly, three, we remodeled to provide a better experience for our customers.”
The remodel started on March 6; within five months, Prevail Bank reopened on July 10. New conveniences include a 24/7 drive-up Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) with ‘live’ teller assistance, a customer Tech Center for one-on-one digital/mobile banking assistance, an open retail environment with adjustable height teller pods, an inviting and engaging customer lounge space with complimentary coffee bar, and a digital wealth management office.
The public is invited to Prevail Bank’s grand reopening celebration. It will include self-tours, appetizers, and good company.
