Prevail Bank: Montes is New Prevail Bank-Medford Manager

Prevail Bank is excited to share that Yolanda Montes is the new Branch Manager in Medford. Montes has over 5 years’ experience in banking with an exceptional customer service aptitude. She is bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English) and excels in interpersonal communications, organization, and building trusted relationships with co-workers and customers.

Montes, a Stetsonville native and current Medford resident, proudly calls herself a coffee connoisseur. Her favorite brew comes from Starbucks, where she often indulges in a Caramel Macchiato. For an extra kick, she recommends the Americano. When she’s not savoring her favorite coffee, Montes enjoys reading and spending quality time with her husband and two children. As a family, they love watching movies—Toy Story tops their list—and making memories at local parks
