Prevail Bank Promotes Knutson and Heltsley
Prevail Bank is pleased to announce that Brenda Knutson has been promoted to vice president of marketing and Carrie Heltsley to relationship banker. She brings over 30 years of management experience, including 13 years in the banking industry and 8 years in direct marketing experience to the position.

Knutson demonstrated her talents, knowledge, and accountabilities quickly. She started her career at Prevail Bank in 2020 as branch manager, within two years she accepted the role of marketing manager. She’s actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters (She’s a Big Sister), Junior Achievement, HALED (Hmong American Leadership & Economic Development), Youth Apprentice, and Workforce Development through the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, she spends it with her family of five and two puppies. She enjoys cabin time, crafting, and being creative.
Heltsley has 20 years of experience managing and enhancing customer relationships, goal achievement, and general management.

“Over the last year Carrie demonstrated her attention to detail, customer service, and account management skills,” said Renée Leinfelder, senior vice president of retail. “She will be an outstanding relationship banker for those who live in Owen and surrounding communities.”
As a relationship banker, Heltsley can complete the consumer lending process, including credit decisions; open consumer and commercial deposit accounts, including certificates of deposits (CDs) and IRAs; and assist those commercial customers who wish to maximize efficiencies and fraud prevention by establishing them with a premium Business Resource Manager solution. She joined Prevail Bank in June of 2021.
