Prevail Bank donated $6,275 toward the purchase of a forklift that will be utilized by Feed My People. Feed My People is a food bank in Eau Claire and distributes about 8.3 million pounds of food a year to over 200 hunger-relief organizations throughout 14 west central Wisconsin counties.
“We really appreciate Prevail Bank’s generosity,” said Amanda Parkinson, corporate giving specialist at Feed My People. “Forklifts are critical to our mission of ending hunger in west central Wisconsin. We load and unload thousands of pounds of food daily. The work we do together helps provide much needed groceries to over 70,000 people every year.”
