Spring Bank recently announced that after serving as Chief Financial Officer since the bank’s 2008 formation and being the bank’s first official employee, Greg Mieske has shifted to a part-time advisor role until July 1, 2025, at which time he will retire concluding an exceptional career with the company. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Mieske played an instrumental role in driving Spring Bank’s financial strategy, overseeing fiscal management, and contributing to the bank’s growth and success. Nicole Rotier will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective April 22, 2025. It is my goal continue to lead the bank toward its objectives of sustainable growth, sound financial management, and enhanced shareholder value”, Rotier added.
