Surprise, Sippel, and Kramer Celebrate Service Anniversaries at National Exchange Bank & Trust

Three National Exchange Bank & Trust employees — Brandi Surprise, Kay Sippel, and Sue Kramer — recently celebrated service anniversaries for their tenure at the bank.

Brandi Surprise

Brandi Surprise celebrated 30 years of service to National Exchange Bank & Trust on April 5, 2023.

Surprise joined the bank in 1993 and has worked with commercial loans since. In her current role as commercial loan coordinator team lead, she trains new employees, assists her team with questions, and helps create and maintain procedures, manuals, and resources.

Surprise grew up in Alameda, Calif. She now resides in Beaver Dam with her family. Surprise holds degrees in both accounting and supervisory management from Moraine Park Technical College.

Kay Sippel

Kay Sippel celebrated 25 years of service to National Exchange Bank & Trust on April 6, 2023.

Sippel joined the bank in 1998 as an account services representative. After a few years, she joined the IT department as an information technology assistant. Sippel is now an IT administrator and project coordinator where she is responsible for managing and implementing IT related projects, analyzing business and technology needs across the organization, and helping with IT operations support.

Sippel grew up in Eldorado and attended Laconia High School. She holds a business and technology coordinator degree from Moraine Park Technical College and a certificate in Project Management from UW-Milwaukee. Sippel now resides in Mt. Calvary with her family.

Sue Kramer

Sue Kramer celebrated 25 years of service to National Exchange Bank & Trust on April 15, 2023.

Kramer joined that bank in 1998 as a customer service representative where she helps customers with their everyday banking transactions.

Kramer grew up in Sheboygan and now lives in Gibbsville with her husband, Ray. She is active in the community as a volunteer at Stephanie Weill Center, Sheboygan Theater Company, The Salvation Army, and her church.
