Tallman Promoted to Senior VP & Director of Technical Solutions

One Community Bank is thrilled to announce the recent promotion of Mike Tallman to senior vice president and director of technical solutions.
“Since joining OCB, Mike has excelled at leading the technology team. He has created a dynamic, solution-oriented technology team that will enable OCB to continue its journey to becoming the Best Billion Dollar Bank in the World,” said Rick Lewis, chief risk officer.
Tallman has over 25 years of experience in technology. He has a wide range of experiences working technology in financial, healthcare, education, and fine arts industries.
“I enjoy leading a group of amazing colleagues at OCB. The technology team supports colleagues which allows them to serve clients and invest in communities,” said Tallman.
Tallman is passionate about giving back to his community and loves seeing it thrive. He volunteers at the Stoughton School District helping to program lights and sound at the Stoughton Performing Arts Center.
Outside of work, Tallman enjoys spending time with his spouse. Together they enjoy making furniture and completing home renovations. Throughout the years they have customized their historic home.
