The Bank of Kaukauna Elevates Ashley Otto to Technology Operations Lead

Ashley Otto

The Bank of Kaukauna announced an internal growth opportunity that strengthens key areas of the bank while creating meaningful career advancement for employees: elevating Ashley Otto to Technology Operations Lead.

In her new role, Ashley will provide day to day technology support, deliver one on one system training, assist with system administration, and support technology initiatives that ensure the bank’s systems remain reliable, secure, and efficient.

“Ashley has demonstrated a strong commitment to learning, collaboration, and service,” said Natalie Onkels, Vice President Information Technology, ISO. “Her ability to solve problems, support colleagues, and adapt to complex systems makes her a natural fit for this role and an important part of our technology future.”

This transition reflects The Bank of Kaukauna’s commitment to growing its people so the bank can continue growing with its customers and community. By strengthening technology support, the bank is creating pathways for employees to use their strengths while ensuring customers receive the relationship-focused service they need to move forward with confidence.
