The Bank of New Glarus is excited to announce that Angie Parr will move to the Monroe Branch as AVP – branch manager.
“This move is a profound one, not only for The Bank of New Glarus, but also for our loyal customers in our Monroe Market,” said Ron Schaaf, president of The Bank of New Glarus. “Angie is crucial part of our success story over the years, and this is just another chapter of our story.”
Parr, with over 25 years of banking experience — both on the retail and lending — nine of which are with BNG, is an Albany native. She has called Monroe home for many years and attended Madison Business College and graduated from the University of Phoenix in Business Management. She has also served as president for Green County Family Promise and Monroe Noon Optimist in years past.
“When this opportunity presented itself at the Monroe Branch, I didn’t hesitate. It allows me to be back in the community where I live and once worked for many years, working with customers I know,” said Parr. “I am excited to help the Monroe team become the premier banking solution in and around the surrounding area.”
This also means that the current Branch Manager Jean Sinkule will be moving to our main branch in New Glarus as AVP – Community Development and Training Officer. This position is a new role and will focus on our overall involvement within all of our communities and training for soft skills throughout the bank. We are excited for Sinkule to take on this role and further develop our community relationships.
