The Bank of New Glarus Promotes Marty
Jance Marty
The Bank of New Glarus is pleased to announce the promotion of Jance Marty to chief operating officer, effective immediately. As COO, Marty will continue to oversee lending and will take responsibility for loan operations, IT, retail sales, and retail operations.
Marty joined The Bank of New Glarus in 2008 as a commercial lender. In 2015, he was promoted to chief lending officer and has led a team of commercial and residential lenders.
“Jance is an incredible asset to our team,” said Ron Schaaf, president and CEO of The Bank of New Glarus. “His knowledge of lending and tremendous ability to create relationships will ensure continued success for Jance as the chief operating officer.”
Marty is a graduate of Pecatonica High School and The University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. In addition, he completed the UW–Madison Graduate School of Banking in 2013.
