Tim Thomson and Vincenzo Speziale have been elected as the newest members of The Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNBT) board of directors; they will succeed upcoming retirements.

Thomson is the president of Catalyst Consulting Group in Green Bay, Wis. This full-service CPA and consulting firm has expertise that ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as tax audits, financial statements, and business planning. Previously, Thomson was vice president of manufacturing and operations for Pride Manufacturing Company, where he led 450 employees across four U.S. locations and China.
Speziale is currently the senior vice president and general manager at Titan Conveyors in New London, Wis. This manufacturer provides custom, industrial conveyor systems to North American industries. Speziale began his career in information technology at Winsert in Marinette before moving into a position at Marion Body Works Inc. where he managed sales/marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and IT/IS.
