Two Join Forward Insurance

Triangle Background

Melody Soleski

Melody Soleski has joined Forward Insurance as a health insurance agent and will further develop the health insurance offering while building relationships with existing and new Forward clients. In joining the team, Soleski brings a wealth of experience in guiding clients through the Medicare enrollment process and ACA (Affordable Care Act) On and Off Marketplace Plans for those under age 65.

“The attractive part of joining a team like Forward Insurance is the support in volunteering within my community,” commented Soleski. “I’m looking forward to working with the Forward team in all the communities we serve to provide expanded health insurance options.”

Soleski has over 30 years of diverse insurance experience serving Central Wisconsin with many top insurance providers. She has fine-tuned her skills with every opportunity and has most recently been focusing on the Medicare clients and helping them navigate through the maze of their Medicare options. Soleski has served her communities with a true sense of purpose volunteering for the Girls on the Run program which motivates young girls to strengthen their confidence not just being part of a sports team but a team that helps support mind and body with limitless possibilities to take with them all through their lives.

When not at work or volunteering, Soleski enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her husband at their cottage on the lake, and having fun with her 7-year-old springer spaniel Lexi.

“Melody joins a growing team of insurance experts that helps members of our communities with everything from auto to business to umbrella policies,” said Bill Sennholz, CEO of Forward. “Her experience and thoughtful approach navigating the health insurance world will not only be beneficial to our clients, but she will also be a wonderful resource to the Forward team.”

Robyn Schindler

Robyn Schindler has joined Forward Insurance as a health insurance associate agent and will build relationships with existing and new Forward clients. In joining the team, Schindler brings vast experience to guide clients through the health insurance selection process.

“Forward has been known throughout the community for living the mission and taking care of their employees,” commented Schindler. “I’m excited to continue to build relationships in Marshfield and across the Forward network, along with working with the great team of professionals here.”

Schindler has 25 years of health insurance experience serving Central Wisconsin. She also has worked in accounting, banking, and investment support roles at various companies in the area. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from UW-Eau Claire. Schindler has served her communities as a volunteer at Memory Lane Farm, volunteer/tutor for 9 years at Grant Elementary, volunteer/tutor for Big Brothers/Big Sisters at Jefferson Elementary for 2 years, volunteer for 15 years for Marshfield Youth Hockey & High School Hockey, and a volunteer for 5 years for youth events/camps/trips at North Ridge Church.

When not at work or volunteering, Schindler enjoys spending time with her family, boating, waterskiing, kayaking, biking, running, rollerblading, spending time at her cottage on the lake, traveling, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, or anything outdoors.

“We’re happy to have Robyn join the team in our Marshfield location,” said Dave Clark, president of Forward. “She will be an important part of the outreach to all of our communities adding value to our client relationships by providing the health insurance guidance that will make our clients lives easier.”
