Waukesha State Bank Announces Promotion of Beth Kazinski

Waukesha State Bank, a trusted independent community bank with 14 branches across Waukesha County, is pleased to announce the promotion of Beth Kazinski to the role of Assistant Vice President – Commercial Banking Officer.

Kazinski joined Waukesha State Bank in 2023 as a Commercial Workout Specialist, bringing with her over 25 years of correspondent banking experience in the residential mortgage loan industry. Over the past two years, she has collaborated closely with the loan review and commercial banking teams, gaining valuable experience in loan workout, deepening her understanding of the bank’s credit approach, and fostering strong relationships both within the bank and with clients. In her new position as Assistant Vice President – Commercial Banking Officer, Kazinski will be responsible for prospecting, developing and managing commercial loan portfolios.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, Kazinski is also dedicated to giving back to the community. She volunteers with Metro Mountain Bikers, helping to clean and maintain the bike trails at Waukesha County Parks.
