Waukesha State Bank Promotes Emily Kaeppel

Waukesha State Bank, a full-service community bank with 14 offices in Waukesha County, has promoted Emily Kaeppel to Assistant Vice President – Learning & Development Director.

Emily Kaeppel brings over two decades of financial experience to her new role. Her career began in retail banking, and she transitioned into the learning and development industry in 2007. Since joining Waukesha State Bank in 2018 as Training Manager, Emily has been pivotal in fostering employee development and growth. In her new capacity as Assistant Vice President – Learning & Development Director, she will continue to lead the Learning and Development Department, driving initiatives that support professional growth and enhance employee capabilities across Waukesha State Bank.
