Waukesha State Bank Promotes Employees

Waukesha State Bank, a 14-branch independent community bank in Waukesha County, is pleased to announce the promotions of Suzanne Albrecht to Assistant Vice President – Mortgage Operations Manager and Brian Muradian and Ashley Calvin to Bank Officers.

Brian Muridian
Suzanne Albrecht started her career with Waukesha State Bank in 2016 as a Mortgage Systems Analyst and has 20 years of experience in technical support, technical architecture and financial management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Master of Business Administration degree from Ottawa University. In October of 2018, Albrecht was promoted to Mortgage Systems Administrator/Closing Manager and in March of 2024 to her current role as Mortgage Operations Manager. With her new Assistant Vice President designation, Albrecht will continue to direct and manage the mortgage operations team, which includes the mortgage processing, secondary market, disclosure, closing and loan servicing staff.
Brian Muradian joined Waukesha State Bank in 2020 as a Credit Analyst/Portfolio Manager and was promoted to Credit Analyst II in July 2024. He was recently promoted to Loan Review Officer, where he is responsible for evaluating the bank’s loan portfolio to ensure credit quality, regulatory compliance and adherence to internal lending policies.

Ashley Calvin
Ashley Calvin started her career with Waukesha State Bank in 2013 as a Deposit Services Specialist before transitioning to the commercial credit area in 2016 as a Credit Analyst. She was promoted to Senior Credit Analyst in 2017 and to Lead Credit Analyst in June 2025. With her recent promotion to Lead Credit Analyst Officer, she will lead and mentor the credit analyst team and work closely with commercial bankers and credit leadership to evaluate credit risk, analyze financial information and support the underwriting and approval process for commercial loan relationships.
