Waukesha State Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Tina Neis to senior vice president – chief credit officer.

Neis joined Waukesha State Bank in 1999 as an SBA loan administrator. She was promoted to assistant cashier in 2002, assistant vice president – assistant cashier in 2004, vice president – commercial banking officer in 2006, vice president – manager of commercial credit in 2015, and senior vice president – manager of commercial credit in 2021. Neis has extensive experience in commercial lending specializing in underwriting and the administration of commercial loans and commercial real estate, and she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. In her new role as senior vice president – chief credit officer, Neis will oversee credit risk strategies and policies throughout the bank. This will include managing the underwriting, approval and auditing processes for commercial, mortgage, and retail lending.
