Zaffino Promoted to Market President – Adams

One Community Bank is delighted to announce the recent promotion of Joseph Zaffino to market president of its Adams location.
“Joseph has been instrumental in the growth of our Adams location and has been a huge asset to the team. He is a wealth of business banking knowledge, and I am thrilled to have him on my team. In his new role, Joseph will continue to establish and deepen relationships with business owners in the Adams community and provide financial knowledge to clients,” said Steven Erickson, chief sales officer.
Zaffino has over 30 years of experience in the commercial lending industry. During his time at OCB, he has worked at the Adams location and has enjoyed serving clients in the Adams community.
“It has been a pleasure working at One Community bank. I love being able to work with a team of dedicated individuals that go above and beyond for clients. I am excited to continue to work with business owners in the Adams community,” expressed Zaffino.
Zaffino enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandson. He is a sports junkie and enjoys Wisconsin football, basketball, and hockey! Zaffino also enjoys reading in free time.
