PACE Wisconsin
PACE Wisconsin is an efficient statewide solution to deliver benefits of Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing in Wisconsin in a cost-effective manner. The program offers and open-market solution for building owners and promotes economic development in Wisconsin communities. PACE Wisconsin operates on open market C-PACE program where property owners have the flexibility to select their own C-PACE lender for a PACE project on an eligible property. The open market model gives property owners access to a range of private lenders who offer competitive rates and financing terms and conditions. Banks which participate in PACE Wisconsin are able to offer an attractive new lending product to assist new and existing customers to fund needed commercial and industrial property building improvements.
