For over 35 years, Profit Resources, Inc. (PRI) has offered consulting services that strengthen community banks by making quantifiable improvements to their bottom line. PRI’s primary services include enhancing interchange income and debit/credit card profitability, evaluating and negotiating core and ancillary system contracts, and improving processes to increase revenue, decrease costs, and help banks operate more efficiently. In addition, project management services allow banks to reduce their workload throughout major projects, and banking strategy services create strategic plans that guide milestones and performance. While PRI’s footprint in Wisconsin is still developing, we look forward to expanding our presence in the state.
