GSB – SBA Lending: How to Collect on Your SBA Guaranty
SBA requires that a lender complete a Universal Purchase Package (UPP) to request that SBA honor its guaranty. The purpose of this course is to guide a lender through completion of the UPP, where to file the UPP, and how to file the UPP. This course also teaches how to ask SBA to reimburse the liquidation expenses and how to ask SBA to charge off the loan.
