WBA IRA Workshops

In-Person or Virtual Attendance Options Available!!

Join us for a comprehensive training series designed to support financial professionals in mastering both foundational and complex aspects of Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your expertise, these workshops provide practical, hands-on education to help you confidently navigate IRA rules and procedures.

You may choose to attend in person at the WBA office or participate via livestream. You’ll select your preference during registration.

Note: While we encourage in-person attendance for the best learning experience and networking opportunities, we understand that travel isn’t always possible. The virtual option provides a flexible alternative, including access to the session recording through December 31, 2025.

New This Year: As part of our efforts to go green, workshop materials will be provided electronically. Please bring a laptop or tablet to access the materials during the workshop. If you prefer a hard copy, you’re welcome to print the materials ahead of time. Materials will be emailed to all registered attendees three business days prior to the workshop.

IRA Essentials — Introductory Level

Ideal for those new to IRAs, this session lays a strong foundation of basic IRA knowledge. Attendees will participate in real-world exercises throughout the day to reinforce concepts and gain confidence in handling IRA transactions and client inquiries. To learn more about the essentials course, click here.

Advanced IRAs — Intermediate to Advanced Level

This advanced session is designed for professionals with prior IRA experience who want to expand their expertise. Complex topics and case studies will be explored, with interactive exercises helping participants apply what they’ve learned to everyday scenarios. To learn more about the advanced course, click here.

Additional Offering: If attending both days back-to-back isn’t feasible, we’re offering an additional session of the Advanced IRA Workshop on March 10, 2026, to provide added flexibility. For details on when registration will open for this session, please contact Anna at WBAEducation@wisbank.com

Registration Information:

Fee: $245 per person, per session
Includes instruction, electronic materials, lunch buffet, and access to livestream recording for virtual attendees.

Virtual Access: The virtual option is also $245 per session and includes one livestream connection and recording access. Each virtual attendee must register separately to receive materials and verification of attendance.

Refund Policy: Cancellations received in writing by Monday, September 8, 2025, will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. Please submit your cancellation request to WBAEducation@wisbank.com.
