2026 WBA IRA Essentials Workshop – Fall

Join us for a comprehensive training series designed to support financial professionals in mastering both foundational and complex aspects of Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your expertise, these workshops provide practical, hands-on education to help you confidently navigate IRA rules and procedures.
You may choose to attend in person at the WBA office or participate via livestream. You’ll select your preference during registration.
Note: While we encourage in-person attendance for the best learning experience and networking opportunities, we understand that travel isn’t always possible. The virtual option provides a flexible alternative should you need it.
Materials: Workshop materials will be provided electronically. Please bring a laptop or tablet to access the materials during the workshop. If you prefer a hard copy, you’re welcome to print the materials ahead of time. Materials will be emailed to all registered attendees three business days prior to the workshop.
IRA Essentials — Introductory Level
Ideal for those new to IRAs, this session lays a strong foundation of basic IRA knowledge. Attendees will participate in real-world exercises throughout the day to reinforce concepts and gain confidence in handling IRA transactions and client inquiries.
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is designed for:
- Financial professionals involved in retirement planning
- Compliance officers overseeing IRA policies and procedures
- Marketing or support staff promoting IRA services
Registration Information:
Fee: $275 per person, per session
Includes instruction, electronic materials, lunch buffet, and access to livestream recording for virtual attendees.
Virtual Access: The virtual option is also $275 per session and includes one livestream connection and recording access. Each virtual attendee must register separately to receive materials and verification of attendance.
Refund Policy: Cancellations received in writing by Tuesday, October 13, will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. Please submit your cancellation request to WBAEducation@wisbank.com.
