2026 Benefit for WBA Advocacy: Kohler Outing

June 22–23 | The American Club

Join fellow Wisconsin Bankers Associate member bank executives in Kohler in June for an event benefiting WBA advocacy. Meals and overnight accommodations will be hosted at the luxury five-diamond American Club Resort.

Details:

The outing includes attendance for two, an overnight stay (double occupancy, room fee, and tax only) and meals (including one guest/spouse for each attendee for Monday dinner as well).

Each attendee will choose one of the following two activities to participate in:

• Golf at the River Course at Blackwolf Run (tee times starting between 7:25–9:00 a.m. – maximum of 24 player spots available)
• River Wildlife Tactical Pistol & Rifle Shooting (two groups, each with a seven-person maximum)

Monday, June 22

Until 5:00 p.m.: Check In

5:30–6:30 p.m.: Reception, Thunder Bay, American Club

6:30–8:30 p.m.:  Dinner, Thunder Bay, American Club

Tuesday, June 23

Golf Attendees:

6:20–8:00 a.m.: Boxed Breakfast Provided for Golfers

7:25–9:00 a.m.: Tee times for the River Course at Blackwolf Run; Boxed Lunches Provided

Shooting Attendees/Guests:

7:30–9:30 a.m.: Continental Breakfast for Pistol Range Participants and Guests, Bay de Noc, American Club

9:00–10:30 a.m.: Pistol Range Activity (Group 1), River Wildlife (transportation via Kohler Shuttle at 8:45 a.m.)

10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.: Pistol Range Activity (Group 2), River Wildlife (transportation via Kohler Shuttle at 10:15 a.m.)

11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.: Boxed Lunches Provided

Hotel Reservation Instructions:

This event has two lodging options to choose from:

• The American Club, a historic full-service luxury hotel or
• the Inn on Woodlake, which has a more contemporary look and feel.

While two hotel rooms are provided with your contribution, all bankers are asked to make their own hotel reservations individually, with the room fee and taxes being paid by the Wisconsin Bankers Association. Your credit card will be collected during your reservation to hold a deposit for the room, as well as any incidentals.

To make your hotel reservation, please call 888-493-3168 and reference that you are part of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Advocacy Event group room block. A deposit equivalent to one night stay will be held on your credit card to confirm the reservation.

All hotel room reservations need to be made before 5:00 p.m. CST on May 21, 2026.
