Build a Solid Foundation in Consumer Lending
Designed for those new to consumer lending or loan processing, this two-day boot camp provides practical training and insights to help participants become effective, confident consumer lenders. Through a mix of instructor-led sessions, group discussions, case studies, and hands-on exercises, students will explore the entire consumer lending process.

Training Materials
All participants will receive the ABA’s 7th Edition Consumer Lending Textbook, a comprehensive resource covering the consumer lending environment. This textbook offers continued learning opportunities after the program ends.
NEW: As part of our commitment to sustainability, all school materials will be provided electronically. Please plan to bring a laptop or tablet to access the materials during the boot camp. If you prefer a printed copy, you’re welcome to print the materials yourself in advance. Materials will be emailed to all registered attendees three business days prior to the start of the program.

- Lending Compliance: Introductory overview of key regulatory requirements for new lenders
- Lending Principles:

- Credit report fundamentals

- Consumer Lending:
- Loan types and terminology
- Application and documentation process
- Relationship building and sales techniques
- Hands-on case study exercises

Program Requirements
To earn the certificate, participants are expected to:

Boot Camp Fee: $550 per attendee

Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Cancellations received five or more business days prior to the start of the program will be refunded, minus a $150 administrative fee.
All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to WBA Education.
