WBA Loan and Real Estate Compliance School

The 2025 WBA Loan Compliance School will be held in person on April 14-16, 2025 at the Wisconsin Bankers Association office. Classes will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday and conclude at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

The 2025 WBA Real Estate Compliance School will be held in person on May 12-14, 2025 at the Wisconsin Bankers Association Office. Classes will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday and conclude at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

The schools will be held in person at the Wisconsin Bankers Association office. Participants have the option to register for both sessions together or individually.

VIRTUAL OPTION: Registration is now available to attend the school via livestream using Zoom. You’ll select your registration choice during registration.

Registration Information

Registration Fees:

• Loan and Real Estate Compliance School: $1,395 per attendee. This includes program registration for both Loan and Real Estate Compliance Schools, instruction, and materials.
• Loan Compliance School: $795 per attendee. This includes program registration for just Loan Compliance School, instruction, and materials.
• Real Estate Compliance School Only: $795 per session, per attendee. This includes program registration for just Real Estate Compliance School, instruction, and materials.

PRINTED MATERIALS OPTION:
If you would like printed materials with your school registration, there is an additional fee of $100. To receive printed materials, you must register by:

• March 28, 2025, for the Loan Compliance School or the Loan & Real Estate Compliance Schools together
• April 25, 2025, for the Real Estate Compliance School only

Printed materials are available exclusively for in-person attendees.

Registration for livestream access provides one connection for the individual who is registered. Additional attendees from the bank who also would like to attend and receive materials should register separately. Each individual virtual attendee can request a verification of attendance upon completion of the program (whether attending live during the livestream or watching the on-demand recording).

Refund Policy:
Refunds, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations submitted in writing to WBA Education by:

• April 7, 2025, for the Loan Compliance School or the Loan & Real Estate Compliance School
• May 5, 2025, for the Real Estate Compliance School only
