WBA holds a variety of events throughout the year at which Associate Members are invited to exhibit or sponsor. These events target a variety of different bankers, from C-Suite executives to emerging leaders and specialty positions including IT, marketing, and HR.
C-Suite Events
Bank Executives Conference
This conference is the premier event for Wisconsin bankers. It typically attracts over 250 CEOs and senior managers from over 100 banks. This conference is limited to 67 exhibitors and features over four hours of dedicated time in the exhibit hall. This event is only open to WBA’s membership. Chairʼs Member Appreciation Golf Outing
This is a great time to showcase your products and services as bankers make their way around the golf course. Sponsorships are first made available to Platinum Associate Members, then Gold, Silver, Bronze, and finally to Associate Members. This annual outing typically attracts over 140 bank CEOs and senior officers from more than 75 banks.
Management Conference
This annual conference is designed for the bank’s management team and emerging leaders. Breakout sessions will provide valuable educational content for members of the bank’s management team, including CEOs, CFOs, credit officers, lending officers, and more. The event typically attracts more than 115 bankers from over 50 banks. Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities are available for Associate Members and non-members at an increased rate.
Midwest Economic Forecast Forum
This annual virtual forum provides our members and their business customers with a look at the year to come from an economic and business development perspective. WBA hosts this virtual forum annually in January and invites other state bankers associations to join in marketing to their membership. This event offers limited, exclusive event sponsorships.
Emerging Leaders Events
BOLT Leadership Summits
BOLT (Building Our Leaders of Tomorrow) is a great event for peer networking, idea sharing, educational growth, and leadership development for bankers. A one-and-a-half day summit is offered each summer and a one-day summit in the winter.
Women in Banking Conference
Designed by women in banking for women in banking. This conference attracts typically more than 200 attendees from over 60 banks. Attendees range from VPs, Branch Managers, marketing and sales officers, and lending officers. Various sponsorships are available for WBA Associate Members.
Specialty Events
Agricultural Bankers Conference
This is the only bank-focused agriculture conference in Wisconsin and typically draws approximately 120 bankers from over 50 banks. Two days of exhibiting are available, which include lunch, breakfast, and a networking reception all hosted in the exhibit hall.
FLEX Retail and Marketing Conference
This event attracts bankers from the marketing, retail, and sales areas of the bank. Exhibiting is available on the first day, and exhibitors and sponsors are welcome to attend the full conference general sessions and meal functions. Associate Members receive a discount on their booth and may have the opportunity to present a workshop at the conference.
Secur-I.T. Conference
This conference attracts physical and data security personnel, technology, and operations staff from our banks, typically bringing together more than 120 bankers. One day of exhibiting offers vendors an opportunity to showcase their products and services in an exhibit hall setting. Associate Members receive a discount on their booth and may have the opportunity to present a workshop at the conference.
Trust Conference
This is the only bank-focused trust and wealth management conference in Wisconsin and typically draws approximately 40 bankers. Sponsorship opportunities are available to Associate Members.
