Bank Five Nine is proud to sponsor and support Jim’s Junior Achievement (JA) BizTown and Finance Park with a $1,200 donation.
Jim’s JA BizTown and Finance Park combines in-class learning with a day-long visit to a simulated town. This popular program allows elementary school students to operate banks, manage restaurants, write checks, and vote for the mayor. The program helps students connect the dots between what they learn in school and the real world.
“Bank Five Nine’s generous gift allows students to experience hands-on learning at Jim’s JA BizTown and Finance Park. Their support is helping us prepare young people for success by giving them the tools to understand financial literacy and the skills needed for the future workforce. We are incredibly grateful for their sponsorship and commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders,” said Julie Granger, President at Junior Achievement of Wisconsin.
“Junior Achievement provides a positive, enriching learning experience that promotes greater economic opportunity and equity. Bank Five Nine is proud to sponsor and volunteer at Jim’s JA BizTown and Finance Park. Volunteering that day is such a rewarding experience,” said Tim Schneider, CEO and President at Bank Five Nine.
Junior Achievement has 105 local JA Areas across the nation. Together they are the nation’s largest organization dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their futures, and make smart academic choices.
