Katie Weis Joins Community State Bank as Human Resources Director

Katie Weis

Community State Bank (CSB), a local lending and banking partner, is pleased to announce the addition of Katie Weis, Human Resources Director.

Weis, a lifelong resident of Kenosha County, brings over two decades of human resources expertise to CSB. In her new role, she will oversee all HR functions and operations, including hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and upholding the bank’s mission, vision, and values.

“I am excited to contribute and be part of a team that values community and supports one another,” said Weis. “I’m looking forward to building relationships with our employees and continuing the positive and upbeat culture that CSB is known for.”

Outside of her professional role, Weis is actively involved in her family’s 2,200-acre farm in Kenosha County.

“The Kenosha community means everything to me,” said Weis. “It’s where we run our family business and where I grew up. To be able to work for an organization that genuinely pours so much back into the area that I love, means alot and I’m happy to be here.”

Weis joined Community State Bank in May and is based at CSB’s Union Grove location.

“We’re thrilled to have Katie join our team,” said Bank President, Scott Huedepohl. “She brings a lot of energy and innovative ideas that will be a great asset to all. Welcome to the team, Katie.”
