One Community Bank Welcomes Kyle Hoppe as Risk Analyst/Internal Auditor

Kyle Hoppe

One Community Bank is excited to welcome Kyle Hoppe as a Risk Analyst/Internal Auditor.

“I’m delighted to announce the addition of Kyle to our team. His arrival will bring fresh perspectives and play a crucial role in upholding the bank’s risk management functions,” said Rick Lewis, Chief Risk Officer.

Kyle recently moved back to the Madison area after graduating from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in real estate. Prior to joining OCB, Kyle gained experience in corporate finance and at a commercial real estate debt brokerage. Getting to collaborate with banks, credit unions, lenders, and others through previous experiences sparked Kyle’s interest in pursuing a career within the banking industry.

“This position is a valuable learning opportunity and I’m excited to gain a comprehensive understanding of risk management within banking,” said Kyle. “I decided to join OCB because of their community-focused initiatives and the high recommendation from a former colleague.”

Outside of work, Kyle actively volunteers in his community and at the Dane County Humane Society. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, golfing, and spending time with his dog, Bentley.
