Pillar Bank Names Holly Hedrington Chippewa Falls Market President

Holly Hedrington

Pillar Bank has named Holly Hedrington market president of its Chippewa Falls office. In this role, Hedrington will lead the local team, build relationships with customers and businesses, and strengthen Pillar Bank’s presence in the community.

Hedrington has spent her banking career serving the Chippewa Valley and northwestern Wisconsin, with experience across multiple areas of banking. She graduated from Chippewa Falls Senior High School and UW–Eau Claire and has lived in Chippewa Falls for more than 25 years.

“Holly knows Chippewa Falls, understands the needs of local businesses, and believes in the value of strong relationships,” said Shane Bauer, CEO of Pillar Bank. “Her experience and commitment to this community make her a great fit to lead our Chippewa Falls team.”

“Pillar Bank’s commitment to making a difference in small communities is what attracted me to this opportunity,” Hedrington said. “Chippewa Falls has a strong work ethic and a tradition of supporting local businesses. I’m excited to work with our team to help people and businesses here succeed.”

Hedrington said one of her priorities is helping more people get to know Pillar Bank and its Chippewa Falls office on Highway I near the industrial park. She sees opportunities to support established businesses as well as people bringing new ideas to the community.

“Community banking is built on relationships,” Hedrington said. “When we take the time to understand a customer’s goals and full financial picture, we can help them make decisions that support their business and their family.”

Hedrington serves on the board of Chippewa River Industries. She is also interested in supporting local efforts that address food insecurity and homelessness and create employment opportunities for people facing barriers to work.
