PNC Appoints New Leadership in Wisconsin

PNC Bank has appointed two veteran bankers to lead PNC Private Bank and PNC Commercial Banking in Wisconsin. Chris Marschka will serve as market leader for PNC Private Bank. Brighid Hillmuth will succeed Marschka as market leader for PNC Commercial Banking.

Chris Marschka

Marschka will oversee a local team that specializes in providing wealth strategy, investment management, trust & estate services and credit & cash management solutions to high and ultra-high net worth clients in the region. Marschka succeeds Lori Craig who retired recently as market manager for PNC Private Bank in Wisconsin.

“Chris is a proven leader who will continue executing PNC’s growth strategy and advising the growing number of high and ultra-high net worth individuals and families in Wisconsin,” said Chris Hermann, PNC regional president of Wisconsin. “His depth of knowledge in optimizing investments, innovation and long-term planning provides our clients with the exceptional level of expertise needed to achieve the goals and purpose behind their wealth. I’m grateful for Lori’s wonderful leadership and commitment to our clients, employees and her impact in the community. On behalf of PNC and our colleagues, we wish her all the best in her journey.”

Most recently, Marschka served as the Wisconsin market manager for PNC Commercial Banking where he led highly successful teams to support client relationships that have spurred economic growth in Milwaukee, including the expansion of the Milwaukee Art Museum and the construction of the Sojourner Family Peace Center. Marschka brings more than two decades of experience to his role, having held strategic positions in commercial banking, lending and credit analysis.

Marschka earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University. He is an active volunteer with PNC’s Grow Up Great program, an initiative dedicated to advancing opportunities in early education throughout greater Milwaukee. He also serves on the Board of Directors for First Stage Children’s Theater and The Cream City 5K.

Brighid Hillmuth

Hillmuth brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, Hillmuth will oversee a team of bankers focused on supporting businesses with annual revenues between $5 million and $50 million. She and her team of locally based relationship managers will work to deliver PNC’s full suite of lending solutions, cash management services, risk management strategies and innovative ideas, with a focus on helping local companies achieve growth and navigate today’s complex operating environment. Additionally, she will collaborate with internal partners to help clients access PNC’s specialized services and solutions for treasury management, capital markets, healthcare and equipment finance.

“I’m excited to welcome Brighid and am confident our regional team will continue to flourish under her leadership,” added Hermann.

Hillmuth earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Excelsior University and a Master of Business Administration from Walsh University. She has served on the board of the United Way of Summit and Medina County in addition to several other non-for-profit organizations in Akron, Ohio.
