Valeen (Val) Pluim celebrated 40 years of service at National Exchange Bank & Trust on April 3, 2024.
Pluim joined the bank in 1984, in the bookkeeping department. Throughout her tenure, she has held other roles including teller, loan support specialist, loan input processor, and loan services checkback representative. Today, Pluim is a loan services credit inquiry representative and is based out of the bank’s Waupun office. She is responsible for running credit checks, completing credit verifications, and credit communications.
Pluim grew up in Waupun, where she attended Waupun High School. After high school, Pluim attended Moraine Park Technical College, where she obtained her associate degree. Pluim currently resides in Waupun with her husband. She is an active in the community as a member of the Fox Lake Sno-Blazers Snowmobile Club.
